My LCD is damaged is that included in screen replacement?
LCD replacement is included on most device including iPhone and comes as part of your screen replacement. Some devices like some iPads or tablets have the LCD separated from the screen and incur an addition charge if damaged.
I can't see anything on my phone but the alarm or calls are still coming though, is this just a screen?
Sometime the display, screen or LCD will get damage or is faulty and will not show anything even when the device is still powered on. Often this can be resolved with a screen replacement. Talk to our team if your are unsure if this is the case for your device.
Is it worth replacing my phone screen?
Whilst the pricing will vary depending on the device, it if often much cheaper to replace the screen on an otherwise functional mobile phone than to replace the whole phone or purchase a brand new mobile phone.
I can't press anything on my phone can this be fixed with a screen replacement?
Most touch issues on your mobile device will be resolved with a screen replacement. There are a limited number of situations where there is other internal damage causing touch issues.
My screen has seperated from my phone, how much will this cost to repair?
This is a common issue we see with both iPhones and Androids. It is best to bring your device in-store for assessment as other functions like your earpiece speaker, home button or front camera can also be damaged in the cables have been torn.

Do I need to make an appointment?
There is no need to make a booking. Just pop in during out open hours and allow 2 hours for your repair. You can wait in-store, visit one our the many local cafes in New Brighton or pop back once its ready to collect. Check out our opening hours.
Can I pay with Buy Now, Pay Later like Afterpay?
