Yes, you are welcome to drop off more than one iPad at a time; if you want to drop off more than ten iPads and need a timeframe, please contact our team first.

Do you recycle the broken parts?
Yes, broken screens, batteries and other parts are sent to Eco Tech Services based in Christchurch for recycling so they don’t end up in landfills.
What warranty is included?
A 6-Month hassles warranty is included on all your repairs. Let us know if you are experiencing any issues; we’ll gladly help.
Can you send the invoice to a student's parents?
Yes, we can email another person a copy of the invoice when requested.
Can you pick up or courier our iPads?
