Phone Repair NZ offers its customer access to our loan phones while waiting on their device to be repaired. A range of iPhone’s are stocked so you can keep using a mobile phone while awaiting for a repair to be finished.
What Are Loan Phones?
We give the option to use a loan phone while waiting for your repair to be complete. Most repairs are done in under 2 hours, however some repairs required the device to be left in-store longer. In such case you can use our loan phones so you remain connected.
Our loan phones allow you to sign into your Apple or iCloud account to access, contacts, photos, messages and more. We can also swap over your sim card so you keep the same number.

Do I have to pay for a loan phone?
No, there is no charge (other then a bond) for using our loan phones.
Will I be charged a bond?
Yes, we do require a small bond while you are using the device.
Can I use a loan phone without getting a repair?
Sorry, loan phones are only available to customers getting repairs.
What phone will I get?
We have several iPhone 6’s available.
Repair FAQ
Do I need to make an appointment?
There is no need to make a booking. Just pop in during out open hours and allow 2 hours for your repair. You can wait in-store, visit one our the many local cafes in New Brighton or pop back once its ready to collect. Check out our opening hours.
Can I pay with Buy Now, Pay Later like Afterpay?
Yes, we are happy to offer Afterpay and Laybuy – In-store only
Do you accept EFTPOS?
Yes, we accept EFTPOS and Credit Cards. Please note credit cards incur a surcharge.
Does my repair come with a warranty?
We offer a hassle-free 90-day warranty on all parts. Let us know if you are experiencing any issues, and we’ll be happy to help out.
Will my broken parts be recycled?
Mobile phone parts can contain harmful and dangerous materials as well as many reusable materials such as metals and glass. We use local recyclers to ensure materials from phone batteries, mobile screens and electronic devices are repurposed and hazardous materials disposed of properly.
