How should I pack my device to send it for repair?
Please do not send include your charge or case. Do not send anything that is sentimental or that you would like back as packaging. We only required your device that is to be repaired.

How long will my mail-in repair take?
Most repairs like screens, batteries and charging ports are normally completed the same day or follow day to you approving our estimate. Some repairs like special order, water damage or logic board repair may require a longer repair time.
What courier will my device be sent with?
We use New Zealand Post and Kiwi Express.
How do I pay for my mail-in repair?
Once your device is received we will email an estimate for approval. Once approved we will email an invoice. You can pay us via bank transfer.
How long will it take to courier my device back?
Normally overnight but allow an extra few days for rural or public holidays.

Do I need to make an appointment?
There is no need to make a booking. Just pop in during out open hours and allow 2 hours for your repair. You can wait in-store, visit one our the many local cafes in New Brighton or pop back once its ready to collect. Check out our opening hours.
Do you accept EFTPOS?
Yes, we accept EFTPOS and Credit Cards. Please note credit cards incur a surcharge.
Can I pay with a payment plan or Buy Now, Pay Later like Afterpay?
Yes, we are happy to offer Afterpay, Laybuy and Genoapay for purchases/repairs over $50. Please note Afterpay is not available on mail-in repairs.
Does my repair come with a warranty?
We offer a hassle-free 90-day warranty on all parts. Let us know if you are experiencing any issues, and we’ll be happy to help out. Check out our full warranty policy here
How long will my repair take?
Most mobile phone repairs are preformed within 2 hours and tablet repairs within 2-3 days. Some repairs may require parts to be ordered in or may take longer so if you are unsure you can get in touch to find out.
Can I mail-in my device for repair?
Yes, we accept mail-in devices for repair. You can learn more about it here.
Will my broken parts be recycled?
Mobile phone parts can contain harmful and dangerous materials as well as many reusable materials such as metals and glass. We use local recyclers to ensure materials from phone batteries, mobile screens and electronic devices are repurposed and hazardous materials disposed of properly.
