Packing Your Order
Remove any case or cover on the phone – Please check if you are unsure or think the device does not have one.
Please do not include your original box, charge cable/plug or any case with the device.
You are welcome to put it in a box or protective wrapping that is disposable, please note packing material is not returned and only the handset will be returned to you.
When sending yourself we advise using a tracked courier service.
Should you not hear from us within 7-days of sending your device, please let us know and you may need to get in touch with the courier company to track down the parcel.
Once we receive your device we will let you know, assess the device for the requested repairs, and provide an estimate for approval.
Once the estimate is approved we will email an invoice for payment and once paid begin working on the device.
We accept Bank transfers, EFTPOS over the phone (3% surcharge applies), Laybuy & Genoapay for payment methods.

We require payment prior to beginning any repair work.
Deposits/Pre Payments Are Non-Refundable (Unless We Are Unable To Get The Parts Or Offer The Repair).
All Devices Left Are Subject To Our Repair Agreement, Warranty & Other Policies.
All repair prices given are estimates and may change depending on the cost of the part/s and other factors.
You agree to our terms, agreements, and warranties below:
– Loan Phone Use is subject to our Loan Phone Agreement.
– Logic Board Repair is subject to our Logic Board Repair Agreement.
– All Repairs are subject to our Repair Warranty.
– Repair/Price Estimates are subject to our Repair Estimate Disclaimer.
– Refurbished/Pre-owned Phones are subject to our Refurbished Phone Warranty.
– Data Transfer Services/Data Recovery are subject to our Data Transfer Services Agreement.

Standard, aftermarket LCD, or TFT screens are used by default unless otherwise specified.
Devices not collected within 20-days from the date of drop off will incur an additional $35 charge.
Devices not collected within 3-months will be disposed of in accordance with our repair agreement.
Drop-offs after 4 pm may not be completed the same day.
Laybuy and Genoapay require a minimum purchase of $50.00. Laybuy is not available on new and pre-owned device purchases.
All charges and outstanding balances are required to be paid before any device/s are released.
