Covid-19 Level 3 Notice – April

Please note this takes effect Tuesday 28th April.

This is an update from the team at Phone Repair NZ with regards to level 3 and changes to our intake process.

Firstly we are open for most repairs. At level 4 we only allowed repairs when collected and dropped off via our courier. At level 3 we will allow customers to drop off and pick up devices via contact our contactless method and only with an appointment.

At this time we have made the decision not to accept cash as a payment method. We are happy to offer EFTPOS, bank transfer, online payment, Laybuy and Genoapay as options.

If you are wanting to drop off yourself.

You will need to schedule an appointment to drop off your device via this form. Once the device is repaired we will notify you, send payment information and once paid you can schedule a pick up by replying to your ticket email, phone, SMS or email.

If you want our courier to pick up your device

Please schedule a pickup time using this form. Our collection service is $20 (some exclusions apply) and can be completed the same day for most repairs when booked in the morning.

If you are feeling unwell or are self-isolating we are that you wait till you are feeling better or have recovered before getting your device repaired.
